Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and lost issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The packages under $150.00 will be shipped via USPS Priority mail with tracking number without insurance. We always post the tracking number and check regularly. If you have any problem with delivery please contact us. If the tracking number shows the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us then we will give 15% discount for your next order and request to update your delivery address for next shipment.

The packages over $100.00 will be shipped with insurance via USPS. We will make sure you have received the package successfully.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

In order to fulfill your order properly and timely manner, we immediately start packaging process. If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible, if possible within three days after you place an order. For any shipping or other questions feel free to contact us.

If the jewelry does not fit because of choosing wrong size, we can offer a resizing or adjustment services but an additional fee might be applied or we offer discounts for your next purchase on same jewelry with same details.

 

Exchanges

All products are handmade and customized, returns or exchanges of jewelry are not accepted unless the fault is ours. For any issues, we encourage you to contact us. We will do our best to solve the issues.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
